About Century Outdoor Services

Austin's fall arrives late and all at once: some week in November the cedar elms and pecans over the Hyde Park streets decide together, and the lawns vanish under days of leaf fall. Century Outdoor Services clears it — raking and blowing the yard back into view, putting down the last mows of the year, recutting the edges the summer had blurred. The reward is a lawn showing itself again in that thin, generous winter sun, walks swept, beds tidy for a season of rest. The rest of the year runs on mowing, edging and trimming, with the bigger cleanups timed to whatever the trees are doing. Good outdoor work is mostly a matter of showing up in the right week.
