Perfect Turf

About Perfect Turf

The first honest cool front of October slides through Aubrey overnight, and by morning the whole town smells like cut grass again. Perfect Turf works with that turn in the weather, adjusting mowing height as the days shorten, aerating compacted ground, overseeding with rye so the yard stays green while the Bermuda goes tan, and feeding the roots that will carry it to spring. Turf is the whole subject here, its thickness underfoot, its color, the even way it should meet a bed line. Getting a lawn to that state takes a plan spread across months rather than a single afternoon. It is patient work, and the reward is a yard that looks deliberate in every month of the year.
