A.N. Lawn Landscape & Concrete

About A.N. Lawn Landscape & Concrete

Arlington is built on black clay that swells with the spring rain and cracks wide open by August, and A.N. Lawn Landscape & Concrete works with that ground rather than against it. Mowing, edging and bed work keep the green side in order, while the concrete side lays the walks, drives and patio slabs that give a yard its bones. There is a particular satisfaction in a fresh edge run tight against a new pour — the grass line and the gray line agreeing all the way to the street. Out along the Village Creek bottoms the soil runs deep and the grass comes in thick under the elms; closer to town, every corner lot has its own angles to learn. The work covers Arlington and the neighboring stretches of Pantego, Dalworthington Gardens and Grand Prairie.
