About Coffee Landscape and Design

In Amarillo, every garden is a conversation with the wind, and Coffee Landscape and Design listens before it plants. Up here on the Llano Estacado the gusts rarely rest, the sun lands hard at thirty-six hundred feet, and a bed has to be shaped to hold whatever rain the sky decides to spare. The sketching comes easiest in the bare weeks of late winter, when a yard is all bones and possibility and you can see exactly where shelter and light agree. By May the plan has roots: borders that bend with a gust instead of breaking, color tucked where the afternoon can't scorch it, a lawn framed to sit easy beside the house. It is design made for a city under an enormous sky, and made to feel at home there.
