About Amarillo Grass Masters

Long before there were lawns in this country there was shortgrass — buffalo grass and blue grama holding the ground down against a wind that has never once taken a day off. Amarillo Grass Masters works with that inheritance in mind, cutting at a height that lets a lawn keep its own shade and its own moisture. Mowing, edging, string trimming, and the seasonal clearing that keeps thatch and blown-in tumbleweed from settling in for good. This ground rewards restraint: shear a yard too low here and the sun finds the roots by noon. Done right, a lawn on these streets stays green through the stretch of summer when nothing out on the open plain does.
