About Thomas Landscape

The first real norther of the fall comes across Wise County with nothing to slow it down, and overnight the yards around Alvord fill with post oak leaves. Autumn work turns to cleanup — raking and hauling, a final set of cuts as the grass gives up its growth, edges reset so the winter shape is a good one. Through the growing months it is steady mowing, trimming and clearing on a weekly route through Alvord, Slidell and Greenwood. Ranch country teaches that maintenance is mostly arriving on time, again and again. What it leaves behind is a yard that stays legible from the road all year.
