Spring Freedom Lawn Care

About Spring Freedom Lawn Care

Spring arrives in Alto the way it does everywhere in the deep pines — dogwoods lighting up white in the understory, red clay going soft, and the grass coming on all at once. That is the season this work is named for and the season it earns its keep: mowing that stays ahead of the growth, edges cut back along drives and walks, trimmer work around pines and fence lines, cuttings carried off. El Camino Real crossed this country long before any mower did, and the yards along it still look better kept than left alone. Summer settles into a weekly cut; by fall the job turns to leaves and clearing. Alto, Wells and the Cherokee County roads nearby all keep that same rhythm.
