J&J Lawn Care

About J&J Lawn Care

Jets come down over Aldine all evening, low and unhurried, sliding toward Bush Intercontinental with their lights on and their shadows crossing the yards below. J&J Lawn Care is often still out under them, finishing the last cut of the day while the light goes amber and the mower's noise gets swallowed by something bigger overhead. Mowing, edging, trimming and cleanup — the list is short and the standard is not: no scalped turns, no ragged corner by the meter, no grass left drifted against the curb. There is real pleasure in walking a finished yard backward to the truck, looking for something to fix and not finding it. Then the gate closes, the trailer ramp goes up, and another plane comes over.
