HUGO'S CONT-CAST LAWN CARE SERVICE

About HUGO'S CONT-CAST LAWN CARE SERVICE

Late August in Aldine is a long wet argument: rain shoulders in off the Gulf, Greens Bayou runs high and coffee-colored, and every lawn answers by growing half again overnight. HUGO'S CONT-CAST LAWN CARE SERVICE takes that season as it comes, mowing between the storms, edging the soft ground back off the concrete, trimming the fence lines the water has fed. Wet clippings want to clump and stain, so the cleanup matters as much as the cut — blown off the walk, off the porch, off the street. What is left when the sun breaks through is a yard with its shape returned to it, steaming a little at the edges. That is the good part, and it is worth the heat.
