Bennett Harden’s Lawn Service

About Bennett Harden’s Lawn Service

The first honest cool front of the year comes down across the Olmos Basin sometime in October, and Alamo Heights exhales. Bennett Harden's Lawn Service reads the calendar off the grass itself — the tall, fast weeks of spring, the slow scorched middle of summer, the second green that arrives once the nights finally let go of the heat. Mowing, edging, string trimming, hauling off what the branches drop: the list is plain, and the pride is in doing every item of it the same way each visit. A yard kept on schedule never looks rescued; it just looks right, week after week. Along the shaded streets off Austin Highway, that steadiness is the entire point.
