About Charlie Cook Associates Inc

Dawn in Addison often arrives with the hum of a small plane climbing off the runway at Addison Airport, wings flashing pink above rooftops still blue with shadow. Down below, Charlie Cook Associates Inc gets started on lawns in a town where homes, offices and apartment blocks stand shoulder to shoulder across barely four and a half square miles. In a place this compact, every yard is seen from a sidewalk, a balcony or a passing car, so a clean cut and a sharp border count for more. By the time the dew burns off and the North Texas heat begins to gather, the grass lies level and the edges run true. It is the sort of order that makes a small town feel roomy.
