Woody's Tree Service

About Woody's Tree Service

On a July afternoon the coves of Tims Ford are the coolest thing in Franklin County, and the shade over the Winchester square is doing real work. Woody's Tree Service keeps that shade working, pruning old maples so they carry their weight, trimming what has grown into a gutter or a second-story window, removing whatever has gone hollow at the base. Lake-lot removals are their own kind of problem, steep and close to the water, and finishing one without tearing up the bank is the whole point. When a storm crosses the lake and lays limbs down the length of a drive, the cleanup runs until the drive is a drive again.
