About Ward Landscaping & Lawn Care

By the middle of November the grass around White House has all but quit growing, and the sun comes in low and sideways across the yards, throwing long shadows by four in the afternoon. Ward Landscaping & Lawn Care spends those short days closing the season out: the final cut of the year, beds raked open, borders trimmed back, the last of the oak leaves carried off before the first hard freeze locks them down. It is careful, unhurried work — the kind that is not really noticed until March, when the lawn comes back out of dormancy without a mat of debris smothering it. A yard put away properly in the fall is half of next spring already handled. That is the season's ending in White House, Cross Plains and Orlinda.
