Bloom Excavating

About Bloom Excavating

On the coldest mornings, steam lifts off Tellico Lake around Vonore and drifts low across the water, catching the first sun like spun silk. Bloom Excavating offers snow removal in this Monroe County town, clearing driveways and walks when a winter storm comes over the ridges. Homes here sit along the lake's coves and up winding drives where snow stays put long after the highway has gone wet and black. Freeing those drives so a truck can reach the road leaves a mark you can read from the water: one clear ribbon winding down the hill. With the Smokies standing pale on the eastern horizon, stepping onto a cleared path is a fine way to start the day.
