The Grass Groomer

About The Grass Groomer

Groomed is the right word for it, since grass takes a comb the way hair does and the mower's direction is the part. The Grass Groomer cuts Union City lawns in laid-out passes, edges the drive, trims around crapemyrtles and posts, then clears the concrete of everything the blades threw. Down in the Obion River bottoms the ground stays soft and the growth comes on fast; up in town it just wants steady hands and a schedule. A yard that has been groomed reads at a glance, even from a car going by. That glance is the work.
