AM Lawn Care

About AM Lawn Care

Mornings in Unicoi start under a lid of fog that sits on the Nolichucky until the sun gets over the ridge and burns it off. AM Lawn Care is generally out by then, the mower dropping into wet grass, cutting the flat river-bottom yards before heat climbs the valley. The work is mowing, trimming, edging and cleanup — steady, weekly, unremarkable until you see a whole street of it. Mountain yards here run to slope and odd corners, and getting a clean line on a bank takes more care than a level lawn ever will. When the fog lifts and the cut is finished, the grass holds the light in long even bands.
