Tellico Plains Land Clearing

About Tellico Plains Land Clearing

Southeast of Tellico Village the land stands up in a hurry — the Unicoi ridges, the road climbing toward the Cherohala Skyway — and weather that hangs on those slopes falls as snow long after the valley has given up on it. Tellico Plains Land Clearing does the snow work on that kind of ground: plowing driveways and access lanes, pushing back drifts at gate approaches, clearing walkways, and salting packed ice that the shade keeps all day. Grade and gravel make every drive its own problem, and solving it comes down to knowing where the ground rolls. There is something worth stopping for in a mountain lane opened end to end, hemlock-dark morning standing on both sides of it. Serving Tellico Village, Vonore, Madisonville and Tellico Plains.
