About Cline Dozer & Backhoe

The Powell River arm of Norris Lake reaches up into Claiborne County in a hundred narrow coves, and the lanes down to them turn treacherous the moment ice touches them. Cline Dozer & Backhoe handles that side of winter around Tazewell and New Tazewell — pushing snow off drives, opening lots, clearing a walkway down to solid footing. Ice storms are the real hazard in this valley, quieter than snow and far less forgiving. A machine with weight behind it can open a hill drive that nothing lighter will touch. Once it is clear it stays clear, and the day can go on as planned.
