Burnett Lawn Maintenance

About Burnett Lawn Maintenance

Sweetwater mornings begin under fog that pools along the valley floor and does not lift off the brick storefronts downtown until the sun gets over the ridge. Burnett Lawn Maintenance works the hours after that, when the fescue is dry enough to cut clean and the light still comes in low across the front yards. Mowing, trimming, edging, blowing the clippings back off the walk — the work is plain, and the pleasure is in the line it leaves behind: a straight edge along the concrete, a lawn that reads tended from the road. Monroe County summers run long and green, and grass in this valley grows like it means it. Burnett keeps pace with it in Sweetwater and out toward Philadelphia, Niota and Madisonville, one yard at a time.
