About Cook's Lawncare Service & Landscaping

At Sharp Springs the water sits still under the boardwalk in October and the whole wetland turns rust and gold at nearly the same hour. Cook's Lawncare Service & Landscaping works that turning season and every other one — mowing and trimming through the warm months, then bed edging, mulch, shrub shaping and leaf cleanup as the yards begin letting go. Landscaping in Smyrna means working with heavy clay over shallow limestone, so beds get shaped to hold water rather than fight the ground. A cut lawn with a fresh mulch line reads as finished the way a made bed does. It is a small thing that changes a whole front yard, and it holds all the way to frost.
