Freedom Lawns

About Freedom Lawns

Saturday mornings on Signal Mountain start with screen doors, sprinklers, and somebody's dog loose on the sidewalk before the heat sets in. Freedom Lawns keeps the grass on those streets under control: weekly mowing, tight edging where turf meets concrete, trimming around posts, playsets and beds, and hauling off the leaves once the hardwoods turn. A yard cut on schedule takes a chore off the calendar — one thing the household no longer has to plan around. There's an ordinary triumph in it, a plain rectangle of grass made rectangular again. Up where the plateau flattens out, that's most of what a yard asks for.
