SouthernScapes Total Outdoor Care

About SouthernScapes Total Outdoor Care

Out past the pastures the limestone comes up through the grass in gray shelves — cedar glade country, thin soil and a wide sky over it. That is the ground SouthernScapes Total Outdoor Care covers, and it teaches a person to read the weather early. On a February night with freezing rain in the forecast the truck gets loaded before bed: plow for the snow, ice treatment for the walks, drives opened wide enough that a car can swing out without a second thought. Come spring the work turns green again — mowing, trimming, bed care, fertilizer, weed control, and cleanups at both ends of the year. Total outdoor care, meant literally: the same yard, all twelve months of it.
