About Southern Lawncare & Landscaping

Shelbyville turned red cedar into pencils by the trainload once, and the town still carries that mill-street practicality: do the work, do it right, do not talk it up. Southern Lawncare & Landscaping goes about things that way straight through October, when the maples let go all at once and half the yards in town need clearing twice. Mowing, trimming, weed control, mulch freshened in the beds, leaves off the grass before they mat down and smother it. Fescue in this part of Tennessee does its best growing at the cool end of the year, so autumn is when a lawn earns its spring. Cut, feed, rake, repeat — and the place comes out of winter already ahead.
