Plant's Lawn Solutions

About Plant's Lawn Solutions

Morning comes to the Shelbyville square one storefront at a time, the Bedford County courthouse throwing its long shadow west across the brick. Plant's Lawn Solutions is usually out before the parking spaces fill, mowing lines laid straight and the strip along the walk cut sharp enough to run a finger down. Mowing, trimming, fertilizing, weed control and the fall leaf rounds — the ordinary repeating work that keeps a yard in order. Middle Tennessee grass grows fast once May turns humid, and staying ahead of it is most of the job. What the crew is after is simple: that a neighbor slowing on the street notices the yard without quite knowing why.
