About Sherman Services

By October the ridges above Red Boiling Springs go copper and rust, and every yard in town collects whatever the wind brings down. Sherman Services handles the season's chores, the final mowings, the trimming back along fences and walks, the raking and hauling until the lawn shows green again underneath. Highway 52 bends through the middle of things here, and the routes follow it out toward the farms and back again. There is a plain, good pride in a yard put to bed properly, swept clean and ready for a hard frost. Come April the same lawns start over, and the mowers are ready before the grass is.
