About J & A Lawn Care

By the middle of June, Pulaski grass grows faster than anybody can quite believe, and the only sensible hour to cut it is the long gold one before supper. J & A Lawn Care keeps to that pace — mowing, trimming and edging through the deep green weeks when a Giles County yard wants attention every seven days without fail. Under the shade of an old maple the turf is thin and the blade wants to be set high; out in full sun along the fence it is thick enough to make the engine lean into the work. Both get the same finish: even height, a clean border, walks blown off before the truck pulls away. Nothing about it is complicated, and a tidy yard in July is still one of the best-looking things in town.
