About Rose Land Services

Pegram's year turns on water — Turnbull Creek running full in spring, the river low and clear by August, hard frost settling in the bottoms come December. Rose Land Services follows all of it, mowing, edging and trimming through the growing months, hauling leaves off in the fall, then switching to plowing, shoveling and salting when a winter storm reaches Cheatham County. Same properties, same eye, different tools on the trailer. A lawn cut to a clean edge in July and a drive opened to bare pavement in January are two versions of the same attention. That continuity is the best part of working one town closely.
