About Freedom Outdoors

East of Parsons the land tips down toward the Tennessee River, and in late afternoon the light off that wide water comes back up the fields level and gold. Freedom Outdoors runs its lawn care out through those bottoms and back into town — mowing, trimming around foundations and fence lines, edging where concrete meets green, and clearing leaves once the hickories let go in October. Grass in Decatur County grows fast in June and stubborn in August, so the job is a rhythm: the same yards, the same week, kept even. A tidy edge along a gravel drive is a small thing that changes the whole front of a house. By the time the truck heads home the shadows are long and every lawn behind it is squared away.
