Allen lawn care

About Allen lawn care

Morning comes to Parsons the color of weak tea, mist still lying low over the Beech River bottoms before the sun climbs the oak ridges east of town. Allen lawn care starts its mowing in that cool hour, when the grass stands stiff enough to cut clean and the blade leaves a line you can follow from the road. Edging along the walks, trimming close to fence posts and mailbox stands, the work goes on until the shape of a yard comes back. Summers here run long and green and hungry, and a lawn needs the steady return more than it needs anything clever. There is real pleasure in pulling away from a finished yard and seeing the stripes hold all the way to the ditch line.
