About Volunteer Lawn Care, LLC

There is a week in late February when the ground here gives a little, the creeks run loud, and you can tell the growing season has started to think about it. Volunteer Lawn Care, LLC works both sides of that turn — mowing, trimming and edging once the grass gets moving, plowing and shoveling and salting when a cold snap comes down off the plateau instead. Yards out toward the old mining roads run to gravel and grade, and a clean finish on that kind of lot asks for more patience than a flat one in town. Thaw or freeze, the aim holds steady: a yard that looks looked-after and a way in and out that is open. That suits a place that has always known steady work.
