About Land Services, LLC

The Ocoee River comes tumbling out of the mountains east of town, cold and loud and well known to paddlers, and those same mountains set the weather for the whole valley. Winter in Ocoee can mean a dusting in the lowlands and real snow up on the ridges of the Cherokee National Forest, and either way a driveway has to be dealt with. Land Services, LLC handles both seasons, clearing snow from drives and walkways when it falls and keeping lawns mowed and trimmed once the warmth returns. Spring arrives wet and green in Polk County, with creeks running full and the grass climbing fast. Whatever the month, the goal is a property that looks ready for the day, framed by mountain country that never gets old to look at.
