About Outdoor services group

Winter weather crosses Obion with nothing to slow it down, sweeping in from the west over flat fields of crop stubble that stretch to the tree line along the Obion River. When snow or sleet does come, the wind shoves it into drifts against anything standing, from fence posts to back steps to the mouth of the driveway. Outdoor services group provides snow removal in Obion, clearing drifts from driveways and walkways so folks can get out to the road and on to work. Evening is when this country looks biggest, a pale sky low over white fields and one porch light after another blinking on across the flat. A cleared drive cutting dark through all that whiteness is about as welcome a sight as a West Tennessee winter offers.
