Clean Up Lawn Service

About Clean Up Lawn Service

Chestnut Ridge lets go of its leaves nearly all at once, and for two or three weeks in November the yards below it disappear under oak and hickory and tulip poplar. Clean Up Lawn Service works both ends of that year: mowing, edging and trimming while the grass runs, then raking, blowing and hauling the leaf load off before the first hard freeze. When January turns the rain to ice overnight, the trucks go back out for plowing, shoveled walks and salted steps, so a driveway on a slope is passable before anyone has to try it. There is something plain and good about a cleared drive at first light, the pavement dark and wet and the banks pushed back off the edges. One town, two seasons, the same crew showing up.
