Michael's Lawn Care

About Michael's Lawn Care

Midsummer on Burkitt Road the cicadas start up around ten and do not quit until dark, and anyone who can be finished by then is. Michael's Lawn Care runs early — mowing, edging, string-trimming the fence lines, clearing beds before the heat stacks up over the fields. Nolensville grass in July grows like it is being paid to, and the only answer is a steady week-to-week hand. A trimmed edge along a hot sidewalk is a small, sharp thing to take pride in. The mower cools off in the shade; the yard holds its shape another seven days.
