About Mastertouch Property Management

By July the heat gets into this valley early and stays, so the day starts while the dew is still heavy on the grass out along the 25/70 corridor toward Parrottsville. Mastertouch Property Management keeps lawns on that schedule all summer — mow, trim, edge, blow the walks, and on to the next one before the sun turns mean. Cocke County yards run into hayfield and fencerow soon enough, and much of the pleasure of the job is holding that line, a mown yard stopping exactly where you meant it to. Grass comes on fast here after a mountain thunderstorm, and staying ahead of it is most of the trade. What's left behind is a place that reads as tended, week after week, from the road.
