Cut-Rite Lawncare

About Cut-Rite Lawncare

Newport sits on the Pigeon River with English Mountain looming to the southwest, and on summer afternoons the clouds stack up over that ridgeline before a quick, hard rain greens the whole town again. Cut-Rite Lawncare does lawn care in this Cocke County seat, mowing and trimming yards that seem to grow an inch after every storm. Keeping up takes rhythm: the mower out once the ground dries, the trim work brought back into line, the clippings blown back onto the grass. With the Smokies close on the horizon there is plenty of wild country around Newport, and a trimmed yard gives a home its own calm patch of order. That is the pleasure of it, one cut after another.
