About FULLSERVICE EXCAVATING

Winter arrives in Jefferson County mostly as a rumor and then, some nights, as three inches of wet snow and a glaze of ice by dawn. FULLSERVICE EXCAVATING runs snow removal around New Market on those mornings — plowing drives, clearing lots, treating the slick spots where a hill meets a road. Four o'clock finds the headlights on and the blade down while the Andrew Johnson Highway is still mostly empty. By the time the valley fog burns off, the pavement is black again and somebody's morning turns out unremarkable, which is the whole point. That is the reward in this line of work: nobody notices a driveway that simply worked.
