About Southern Acre Landscaping

Out toward Bells Bend the lots stop being yards and start being acreage, with gravel drives that run a quarter mile from the house to the road. Southern Acre Landscaping handles winter on that scale — plowing long drives, opening turnarounds and equipment gates, and clearing the walks up to the door. When a Nashville snow catches the bend, the river bottom holds cold air and the last stretch of lane is always the worst of it. Wide ground rewards planning: where the piles go in December decides whether the drive is passable in January. There is a real satisfaction in standing at the mailbox and seeing a clean lane the whole way back.
