Serenity Lawn and Leaf

About Serenity Lawn and Leaf

Mid-November over Radnor Lake, the woods let go all at once, and by the weekend Oak Hill's yards have disappeared under oak and hickory leaves two deep. Serenity Lawn and Leaf lives for that stretch — raking, blowing and clearing lawns back to green before the rain arrives and glues everything down. The rest of the year the same yards get mowed, edged and trimmed on a steady rotation, which is what keeps them worth uncovering. Wooded lots ask for patience: leaves come down in waves, not once, and the job is never a single visit. When the last load is hauled and the lawn shows again, the yard looks like it exhaled.
