About Edwins lawncare

Fog sits on the West Fork below the Walter Hill dam most mornings in the shoulder seasons, and the sound of water over the spillway carries farther than it has any right to. Edwins lawncare works north of town in that quiet — weekly mowing, string trimming, edging the drives, blowing the walks clean before the dew is off. When winter finally does its worst the same routes get plowed and salted instead, driveways opened while it is still dark. There is something steadying about seeing the same properties through both jobs, in both kinds of quiet. Green in June, clear in January, and looked after in between.
