About Mink Family Excavating LLC

Wind comes over the state line into Johnson County carrying a load of snow it seems eager to put down, usually on the steepest thing available. Mink Family Excavating LLC takes on that steep ground around Mountain City — long drives, switchback approaches, turnarounds up where 421 climbs — pushing them open wide enough for a delivery truck to make the corner. Ice control goes exactly where the grade demands it, and the banks get shoved well back so the next storm has somewhere to land. A drive plowed properly the first time stays usable all week, and that is worth the extra pass. Come thaw, the gravel is still where it belongs.
