About Wilson's Lawn Care and Landscaping

June in the Holston bottoms is heavy and green, thunder building over the mountains to the south by four o'clock, and every lawn in Morristown puts on an inch while you are looking the other way. Wilson's Lawn Care and Landscaping keeps pace with it — regular mowing, trimming around trees and foundations, crisp edging along drives and walkways, and the clippings cleared so nothing is left behind but the cut. The route runs from the streets off Lowland out toward Whitesburg and Talbott, one yard at a time, in the hours before the storm makes up its mind. What the day leaves is easy to read from the road: an even color, a straight border, corners turned square around the mailbox. Then the light goes long, dew starts up again in the low spots, and the sound of the mower quiets across the valley.
