Smoky Mountain Timber

About Smoky Mountain Timber

On a clear cold morning you can stand on the high ground south of Morristown and see the Smokies sitting blue on the horizon, snow along the top and nothing but frost down here. Those same systems come over the mountains and land on Hamblen County as ice more often than powder, which is its own particular problem. Smoky Mountain Timber handles it with plowing, driveway and walkway clearing, and ice control on the surfaces that stay slick after everything else has dried. Lots get opened up wide enough to actually park in, not merely driven through once. Winter here is short and sharp, and being ready ahead of it is most of the job.
