Curb Appeal

About Curb Appeal

Middle Valley Road runs the length of the community, and every house along it makes its first impression in about four seconds. Curb Appeal spends its mornings on those four seconds — mowing, trimming close around posts and foundations, edging the strip where grass meets pavement, clearing the clippings so the line reads sharp from the street. An edge cut true is a small piece of geometry in a landscape that has almost none. Do it every week and a yard begins to hold itself differently. That is the whole ambition here, and it is plenty.
