About P & T Lawn Care LLC

July in Orange Mound is a slow, loud green — cicadas up in the pin oaks and heat rising off the street well past supper. P & T Lawn Care LLC keeps yards mowed straight through it, cutting on schedule when the bermuda is throwing an inch a week and nobody wants to be out there at four in the afternoon. Edges get cut where the turf meets the sidewalk, the trimmer works the mailbox post and the fence line, and the hard surfaces are cleared before the truck pulls off. In this part of Memphis a tidy front yard has always been a kind of language, and it is spoken here fluently. By evening the block sits level and even, ready for the porch hour.
