About Murillo Landscape and Tree LLC

Freezing rain is the real Memphis winter, and it almost always arrives at night — a fine glaze along Nonconnah Creek, on every drive from Whitehaven out toward the airport. Murillo Landscape and Tree LLC answers that weather with snow and ice clearing: pushing back what falls, scraping walks down to the surface, spreading salt where a slope wants to send a car sideways. There is a satisfaction in it that is hard to explain to anyone who has never stood in the dark listening to sleet tick on a truck hood. By first light the pavement is dark and wet instead of white and treacherous. The neighborhood gets its ordinary morning back, which was always the point.
