About Lawn Love - Memphis

In the Old Forest at Overton Park the light comes down through hickory and oak in long green columns, and by mid-morning that same light has found every yard in Midtown. Lawn Love - Memphis works in it — mowing in even passes, edging the walk until the line runs true, clearing the clippings off the drive so a finished yard reads like a made bed. On the rare January morning when the city wakes up white, the tools change: drives opened, front walks shoveled, salt down on the slick spots before anyone has to guess at them. A river town that grows hard in May and freezes seldom needs both halves of that, and both are done with the same attention. Come summer the bermuda answers back within days, and the whole street looks tended.
