About Groundmasters Landscape

Out toward Arlington and Lakeland the subdivisions give way to open ground, and open ground means wind — snow drifting across a driveway faster than it ever fell. Groundmasters Landscape runs those roads when the Mid-South freezes, plowing drives and lots, hand-clearing porches and walkways, salting wherever ice takes hold. A country driveway can run a hundred yards, and until it opens, nobody in the house is going anywhere. Pushing it through, banking the snow off the edges, watching the gravel come back into view — that is the good part. By afternoon the sun finishes the job, the way it usually does around here.
