About Hometown Turf

Downtown Maryville still turns around its courthouse and the churches on Church Avenue, and out past them the ball diamonds sit waiting on the first practice of the spring. Hometown Turf keeps grass in that town shape — mowing, edging, trimming and clearing leaves through the growing months, then plowing drives, shoveling walks and salting the ice through the cold weeks. A town looks after itself in small increments: one lot, one yard, one sidewalk at a time. A straight cut line on a Saturday morning, with the whole street watching, is worth the trouble. Whatever the calendar says, the work is the same idea — make the ground usable, and make it look right.
