Eagleton Village is a walking neighborhood — short blocks, front steps close to the street, sidewalks that people actually use. When the cold settles into the valley, Blount Lawn Service turns to snow work: clearing those walks and steps, opening driveways out to the curb, putting salt at the corners where slush freezes hard overnight. A cleared path to a mailbox is a small courtesy that reads as a large one in February. The trucks go out ahead of daylight so nobody has to negotiate with the weather on the way to the car. Snow here is rare enough to feel like an event and common enough to need a plan.
